Loving Extravagantly!

I trust you are refreshed and encouraged over the Easter break. It’s a special time of year, a time to reflect on God’s majesty, love, power, and grace. To think Jesus gave up His life for us, for the whole world, so we could be made whole, forgiven, and have eternal life, is mind-blowing!

Mary, who anointed Jesus’ feet and dried them with her hair, knew Jesus accepted her no matter what. What she did was an extravagant act of love and worship. She knew and felt the unconditional acceptance of Jesus’ love.

When people know they are loved it changes them and allows them to love extravagantly.

This month we have had a ‘change of guard’. We are delighted that Sheryl Lanham has taken on the role of Director, she has a wealth of experience working with not-for-profits. Theresa Delamere has now resigned. Many thanks for the work she undertook in helping to prepare the foundations of Roaring Hope.

Thanks again to you for your contribution, it makes a difference.
